Small and size, the light duty 6-Series alternator has mounting configurations to suit almost any engine. Built into the small case 6-Series alternator is a patented single stage Smart Ready internal regulator that’s always ready as a primary regulator, or as a back up in the unlikely event that your external regulator fails.
Two-inch single foot 94-Series alternators feature oversized bearings and extra high amperage diodes to ensure superior cooling and longer life. Custom stators, integrating larger gauge copper windings deliver outstanding low-end output and impressive performance across the powerband.

Designed to be compatible with Yanmar’s 6LY3 engine and other engines using a Hitachi-style saddle mount and dual vee belts, 94LY alternators feature custom wound stators, extra heavy diodes ad a clocked case which provides improved access to all terminal connections.
Moderately compact for its generous output curves, the 95-Series features an extra heavy duty stator winding with large gauge wire for added output at low RPM. Combine that with extra large sealed bearings, a massive .875” pulley shaft and high amperage diodes for durability and long alternator life. The 95-Series alternator features an isolated ground for sure continuity to system ground, and a brawny J-180 style saddle mount for plenty of resistance to twist and torque.
Built expressly for the demands of large, multi-battery house banks, inverter loads and other above-average electrical demands, extra-large case 97-Series alternators are scaled to deliver impressive output at all engine RPMs. 97-Series alternators are rated at 160 amps at 12 volt, or 110 to 140 amps at 24 volts. Brushless 97-Series models meet US Coast Guard Title 33, CE, ISO J1171 and SAE 8846 safety standards.
With even more mass and rated output, 97EHDSeries alternators are designed to support substantial battery and service loads demanded by larger recreational, commercial, or military vessels. 97 EHD-Series alternators are available in 185 and 265-amp models in 12 volts, and 190 amps at 24 volts.
Available in 310A/12V and 220A/24V models, the 98-Series alternator adds dual fans for enhanced cooling, high amperage diodes for efficient voltage rectification, over-sized shaft and pulley bearings for smoother, quieter operation, and brushless excitation for longer wear, reduced electrical noise and greater ignition protection.
