The Balmar 621 Series alternator is a compact marine charging alternator for recreational vessels using a Motorola- or Delco-style single-foot spindle mount. Smart Ready internal regulation allows operation without an external regulator where battery loads and engine duty cycles permit, while compatibility with Balmar external multi-stage regulation supports larger deep-cycle battery banks and more demanding charging requirements. The Dual Vee pulley supports a twin-belt drive arrangement, with dual internal fan cooling, sealed heavy-duty bearings and an isolated-ground configuration supporting marine installations.
