Power Club Terms and Conditions

  1. Outback Marine is a web-based business. Please place all orders (including warehouse pickups) on our web portal.
  2. Your Privacy is a priority to us, and any information collected as part of your Power Club membership will be used according to the Privacy policy. Please view our Privacy policy at https://www.outbackmarine.com.au/privacy_policy
  3. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices are current, as shown on our website. We reserve the right to advise of any price change if we make an error in pricing.
  4. Before placing an order, please contact us via the "contact us" page to confirm availability if the item is not in stock/order in, for an Estimated time of Arrival (ETA) before placing an order.
  5. All purchases require full payment in advance – either by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
  6. We do not charge a processing fee for VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Bank Transfer transactions.
  7. You may incur fees associated with using third-party payment providers such as Brighte Finance, Afterpay or any other listed providers on our website.

  10. Technical information offered on the Outback Marine website and in correspondence directly to your business is done in good faith. It is important to note that the product specifications and performance criteria may vary from time to time without notice. Outback Marine will endeavour to keep all relevant product information up to date. However, our customer's responsibility is to stay updated with manufacturer documentation and news.
  11. Priority dispatch will be provided to club members if:
    a. orders are placed before 12:30 pm;
    b. and the items are in stock;
    c. payment method used is not bank transfer. Bank transfer payments require clearance of funds on our accounts before dispatch can commence;

  12. Price Promise – If you can show proof of a Victron Energy or Blue Sea product advertised cheaper from a retail store - we'll match it. To take advantage of our "Price Promise", the following conditions must be met:
    a. must be from a physical retail store
    b. current product (not a runout/clearance item)
    c. pricing based on pickup from the store (excluding shipping costs).
