Marine AC isolation for shore power safety and galvanic corrosion protection

Separates the boat’s AC electrical system from the shore-side supply, eliminating electrical continuity between shore power and the vessel. This isolation helps prevent galvanic corrosion of submerged metal components while maintaining a safe grounding arrangement that allows protective devices such as GFCIs and circuit breakers to operate correctly during electrical faults.
