The ARCO Zeus Omega Alternator Control System is an intelligent alternator management solution designed for externally regulated alternators in marine, RV, commercial and off-grid applications. Its innovative distributed architecture places the Alternator Drive Module at the alternator and connects it to the Control Module using a single communication cable, simplifying installation while providing advanced charging control, monitoring and system expansion. Supporting 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V electrical systems, Zeus Omega delivers flexible, scalable alternator regulation for modern battery charging systems.

• Single-Cable Installation – Uses a single AZ CAN cable between the Control Module and Alternator Drive Module, eliminating the need for traditional multi-wire regulator harnesses and reducing installation complexity.
• Distributed Control Architecture – Separates the Control Module from the Alternator Drive Module, allowing the drive module to be mounted directly at the alternator while the controller is installed near the battery system.
• Compatible with Externally Regulated Alternators – Works with both P-Type and N-Type externally regulated alternators without requiring modifications to the alternator itself. Alternator type is selected within the mobile app.

• App-Based Configuration and Monitoring – Provides real-time charging data, configurable charging profiles, engine profiles, system diagnostics and device configuration history through the companion app.
• Emergency Charging Mode – Continues charging at float voltage if communication between the Control Module and Alternator Drive Module is interrupted, helping maintain battery charging capability.
• IP68 Alternator Drive Module – The epoxy-potted Alternator Drive Module is IP68 rated and designed to withstand engine bay temperatures up to 100°C.
• Battery System Integration – Supports integration with Victron DVCC, NMEA 2000, RV-C, CZone and Smart BMS compatible systems for greater charging flexibility.
• Complete Installation Kit – Supplied with the Control Module, Alternator Drive Module, 5 metre AZ CAN cable, power connection lead, IP67 fuse holders with fuses and temperature sensor for straightforward installation.
